Even if we were to interbreed, rest assured that people will find some way or the other, or some characteristic or the other with which to categorize people again, regardless of how arbitrary. Why do we use skin color and hair type? I think the key to overcoming racism is exposure. When the different races begin to interact, let us say for the sake of collaborating on some common project, then individuals will realize the inaccuracies of their biases and the extent of their prejudice, and will probably make adjustments to their beliefs and perceptions of the other race(s).
