The purpose of this lawsuit is to reverse the Supreme Court precedent that led Congress to believe they had the right to pass Obamacare. Since FDR packed the court with "progressive" judges, the Supreme Court has repeatedly erred in its interpretation of the Constitutional role of the Federal Government. Recent Supreme Court rulings hint that they may be willing to take another look at the precedent relating to the Commerce and General Welfare clauses. Obamacare is so over reaching and so onerous, that it must either be repealed in Congress or struck down in the courts. We must fight this on both fronts. One sunny day in January 2013 an old man approached the White House from across Pennsylvania Avenue, where he'd been sitting on a park bench.

He walked up to the U.S. Marine standing guard and said, "I would like to go in and meet with President Obama."

The Marine looked at the man and said, "Sir, Mr. Obama is no longer president and no longer resides here."

The old man said, "Okay," and walked away.

The following day, the same man approached the White House and said to the same Marine, "I would like to go in and meet with President Obama."

The Marine again told the man, "Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Obama is no longer president and no longer resides here."

The man thanked him and, again, just walked away.

The third day, the same man approached the White House, went up to the same U.S. Marine, and said, "I would like to go in and meet with President Obama."

The Marine, understandably agitated at this point, looked at the man and said, "Sir, this is the third day in a row you have been here asking to speak to Mr. Obama. I've told you already that Mr. Obama is no longer the president and no longer resides here. Don't you understand?"

The old man looked at the Marine and said, "Oh, I understand. I just love hearing it."

The Marine snapped to attention, saluted and said, "See you tomorrow, Sir."

They need to stop all this politically correct cr@p and stop looking at everything in shades of gray. We are at war with these people, and in my opinion, we should do whatever it takes to win. That's the whole point...winning! I don't think being deliberately cruel is necessary, especially with prisoners of war. But I'm not opposed to water boarding, or any other means that protect this country. I agree that these men should be exonerated, and honestly, should this have ever been an issue? I think not!
