It's a dodge because you used it to deflect from the topic. That said, you clearly show you can use crap in a manner that is not foul language.

Case closed.

Advice is not a command. In short, your premise is fatally flawed.

You're still full of crap. You can't construe advice as contraint, no matter how hard you try.

If I wanted to use foul language, you would know it. Your aside was a not so effective dodge.

You're (again) full of crap.

Advice, not constraint.

Words matter.

I'm sorry you do, too. What a worthless response.

Would you feel compelled to watch Fox News if I advised it?

How about jumping off a cliff?

Please stop overreaching. I said "We shouldn't read too much into polls when they poll the ignorant." No restrictions on polling, just advice on when to pay attention.

Sadly, sarcasm died today, unable to be discerned in the DC forum.

Frequently, they don't support gun control when the words are toned down. A famous example is the huge shift in perception and demand for regulation when "assault weapons" are described as "modern sporting weapons". In law, there are the exemptions in the various assault weapon bans that ignore the similarity of function between arms like the AR-15 and the Mini-14, while focusing on the difference in appearance. AR-15s are apparently too scary, while Mini-14s are mere ranch rifles. Until one pulls the trigger.

We shouldn't read too much into polls when they poll the ignorant. Ditto the rhetoric of politicians who don't understand the difference between appearance and function (or, also famously, that magazines can be reloaded).

I see you straining to say allowing unrestricted occupancy by unrelated adults is not a use. I would call it by another name than "single family". Try "rooming house" or boarding house". Even those have limits before that are considered hotels.

You don't have the case law to back your opinion. Single family zoning is universally accepted. What you are describing is allowing rooming houses anywhere. Again, zoning prevents that and it's widely accepted.

When you find a court willing to accept the argument that not separating a family, not limiting the number of children (other than in rental units when landlords are generally allowed to limit total occupancy) while limiting unrelated adults in a residence is illegally discriminatory to those adults, you should run and make your case. You holler back when you have your ruling. I'll wait very, very patiently.
