Mark - I could not agree with you more. Legacy and life are more than just having good intentions and dreams, they are having the courage to act on those intentions and accomplish your goals and dreams. Living life outside of the middle means doing something about it and not just talking. Great thoughts Mark. Thanks!

Dan Foster | Purpose Driven Broker : BCE 2010 Top Takeaways - Day 4

Coach, I could not agree more. The most challenging part will be delegating or stopping those activities that are not high-payoff activities. I have a feeling that as I do this for the next few weeks I will discover so much about my use of time and my ability to stay focused. No one ever said it was supposed to be fun, right, but most definitely it will be rewarding. Thanks for all you do! Talk to you next week.

Dan Foster | Purpose Driven Broker : Six Tips to Better Real Estate Negotiations

Hi John, great question. I think you have to look at the need/want and determine if it is going to cause you to take an action that would be against your values and ethics. If so, than you need to refer the client to another broker with, let\\\'s say...different values. If it simply goes against my value but does not cause me to stumble or compromise my integrity than I think I would negotiate for them to get what they want.

Do you have an example that would not give away too much information or the identity of someone?
