Immigration: No "anchor babies." Immigrants must come legally and declare allegiance to the Constitution and traditional American ideals. Welcome immigrants who do that. But seal the borders and turn away anyone who cannot or will not. American citizenship must regain its meaning and value. That means not everyone is entitled to it.
