Surprisingly, No. If you look in the Plum Book they're listed one after the other.
Bush's Counsel is Fred Fielding and his Counselor is Ed Gillespie.

Thanks for pointing that out. It is a Cabinet-level position so it should have only been on the top part of the post. And the Budget committee is who will hold the confirmation hearing.

None of them are official yet. Once we get word from the Transition Team like we did today for Geithner we'll bold them and note their nomination date.

We're still working on getting all of the positions added. The State Department positions have now been completed. We are not going to list ambassadors by country though. The lists are long enough already.
