Point well taken, but the issue here is that Macon "s-t for brains" Cowles" needs to stay out of politics completely if he gets his panties in a bunch every time he receives angry letters from constituents. I think that everyone here can agree on that.

So you retroactively "bargain" for booking photo when you take a plea? The point I was making is that the "bargaining" justification is nonsense. Your photo is taken AFTER you are arrested and almost ALWAYS before you reach a disposition on your case.
