This man is a pedofile. He pled to a lesser crime to avoid more punishment. This is often the case to protect victims from having to testify. How can anyone defend a man who clearly knew teh vicitm's age and drugged and raped a child. If her mother had been a better parent doesn't change the fact he did it.
