(continued) By now the other clerks were looking at me and listening. So, I asked if she had "Rescuing Sprite" by same author. "No, but she could order a copy". I said "no thanks, Im going somewhere else & there really are a lot of conservative thinking people living around here. You really should take down some of the Obama stuff if you want people to shop here"
Usually, Im not aggressive or confrontational about things like this with people. But I was glad I said what I did and it felt good. - I want to go to a Tea Party. I live closest to San Francisco and there is not an email or name associated with the SF Tea Party link yet. I hope it comes together. I'd love to see more conservative thinkers out in the open in San Francisco. We need to get out of the closet - ha ha
Today I went into a small local bookstore (not a chain store). I was looking for "Rescuing Sprite" by Mark Levine. As soon as I walked into the store I was bombarded with Obama faces - they were everywhere I looked - I couldnt believe how many different Obama books have already been published. So, I wanted to see if they had Mark Levine's new book "Liberty & Tyranny" - it was nowhere in sight & I was mad. I told the clerk I was looking for Mark Levine's new book "L&T" and she started looking on the computer - it took her a while & then she said - "No. I dont think it's been released. Someone else was asking about it the other day". That's when I told her "I already have my copy of it at home, but I just wanted to know why she had so many Obama books and not Mark Levine's new book which was already #1 on the charts in a week".
Tea Party Link not working for CA
plus, there still has not been an email for a contact person
I just spent about 30 minutes searching from this website & I finally found a tea party group for my area, San Francisco, and I joined it. I might go to the tea party on 4/15 to Nancy Pelosi's with the group. I also looked up a bunch of addresses to send tea-bags to. I liked the idea someone wrote about photocopying the teabags because the real teabags get stopped in the mailroom sometimes. Good Morning 9-12 ers
That is a very smart idea - I like it
I really like your book info. I am going to buy Mark Levine's new book tomorrow when it goes on sale! It's supposed to have a great chapter all about the untold truths of global warming.
I really liked the 9-12 show last week. I watched it on Friday when it first aired & then I told about 7 different people to record it the following night when it ran for the second time. Everyone who watched it liked it too and I look forward to seeing what the 9-12 project will be all about.
