You can't choose to have wages garnished. It's a legal imposition. Ask any lawyer. Are you saying that you seeked out DSHS to garnish your wages, without prompting?

How do you know that "ALL fathers of children are treated like criminals"? What is your source for this information?

Or perhaps you don't understand what the word garnishment means?

Have you ever heard about the U.S. Constitution? There's a passage something us literate folks refer to as the "First Amendment". This First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF".

What country were you saying this guy is from, again? Oh yes- you still don't understand that HE'S FROM THE U.S. What you're saying about people from other countries has nothing to do with this story.
