<description>The report must obviously be mistaken. This could not have happened, since Mexico has the most stringent anti-gun laws on the continent and criminals always obey anti-gun laws. Or, are the laws only for the purpose of making the citizenry helpless victims of criminals and governments (sorry for the redundancy). Thankfully in the US, virtually all anti-gun laws are prohibited by the US constitution so the citizenry can feel safe from their government and criminals. Or, can they? </description>
