Payment is due, but OTC has failed to get the paperwork processed in a timely manner. You'd think since it was THEIR problem, OTC would do the right thing, and waiting to withdraw the funds out of personal accounts, until they process paperwork that was turned in back in JUNE or earlier. Instead, students had to take a day off work, stand in line, fill out more paperwork, and pray that they get it processed, so that they DON'T take money out of an account that is already stressed by not getting their funds. Why should students be responsible for filing an extention when OTC is the one who failed to process the funding paperwork in a timely manner? Banging my head, trying to make sense of it all.
