Anyone seen the article in Investor's Business Daily? Towards the bottom of the news page it is about Energy policy and how the omnibus bill S.22 takes 2 million acres of oil rich land right here in the USA and makes it off limits to drilling. So much for energy independence if this is the path we're taking. Could this be the first step on the road to raising gas prices and taking over the oil companies?

Most importantly, WHY IS THIS NOT IN THE NEWS. Its not even on FOX. Somebody should be talking about this but all I keep hearing about is RIck Wagoner and pictures of President Obama flying to Europe.

There seem to be some interesting ideas on here but I have two concerns with this website, and two suggestions. The first is that the commentary sections are basically just organized chaos. You can't really follow anything very easily. So how about a discussion forim with specific headings. I.E. HR 1444, or HR 1388. And then you can enter those in order to discuss. Also, some of these bills which we need to know about are extremely long and confusing. Perhaps the organizers of this website or some legally minded people who do understand these things could present an unbiased explanation of whatt they mean and where they're at in their journey through Congress. Particularly, 1444, 1388, and the new farming bill being advanced.
Secondly, now that we have organized once what about groups to continue the awareness and to meet and organize letter campaigns or anything else. Anyone in Western Mass, interested?

How do some people have really long comments but it keeps telling me mine is too long. It is shorter than many posted here?
