How on earth did she avoid criminal charges? I cannot understand that. This is so clearly a criminal act. Rubanjames is right- we would have been hung out to dry.

Regardless of who was driving, whether they were drunk or not, one person is dead and two are injured. This happened right after Christmas. Someone's daughter is dead, perhaps someone's mother. Perhaps you could show a little compassion. Someone somewhere is grieving this loss.

Would be wonderful if they did a sting on drivers who run red lights. They'd make their entire budget in just a couple of hours. At least in East County.

Not a single word abour Kyron in those emails. SHE accuses HIM of parental child abduction? That's rich. He needs to know where his son is and if he is safe. She needs to fess up.

Jesse Jackson just cannot stand to be out of the spotlight. He is simply a rabble rouser in this instance. There is no reason for him to come here. Don't kid yourself, Jackson is being paid for this visit. The man is no Christian.

If this officer had been an ordinary citizen and had killed this man after the man rushed him with a knife, would you be so upset? I don't think so. You would not be condemning the citizen as you have this police officer, and would move straight to justifiable homicide. Why is this police officer being treated differently? Had he not done what he did, this man may have killed the police officer and gone on to kill or hurt many others. Then all you people would be complaining about the police not doing anything. There are times when I agree that perhaps the police have acted too quickly, but this is not on of those times.
