Love the Wipe Out. Love it! Something quite mesmerizing and child like about it. It just really transports me back to my childhood watching ultra-violent Bugs Bunny and Road Runner cartoons. It's really quite cathartic to laugh at the misfortune and physical predicaments of others even though were not supposed to.

The Jason Blair thing was portrayed on the series 'The Wire' if my memory serves me correct. But guess what Jason was a white guy manufacturing fake stories and his boss / editor was a black dude. There was also a lot of whining about the death of newspapers and how big corporations with evil white guys like Rupert Murdoch at the helm were forcing them out of business (i wish). Pretty twisted liberal logic all around there.

Dexter took a swipe at conservatives in the latest episode. An accomplice (a well dressed professional male) in gruesome ritual killings was driving a pick-up truck with 5 drums containing the bodies of the murdered women. He was listening attentively to a a Rush Limbaugh "type" radio host railing against high taxes and huge debt's the government had rung up when he is T-boned by a drunk driver. The implication is obvious and predictable. This is even more prevalent in Boardwalk Empire where all the corrupt politicians & criminals etc. are Republican. Not once is a Democrat portrayed or mentioned as evil or corrupt. It's quite tiresome that these creative geniuses can't let go of their favorite hobby horse.
