Jailbreak seems to have worked ok although phone does seem to be running a little slow. Main problem i have is that the Cydia app is just a plain white square on the home screen, anyone else with this issue?? Also Cydia has been 'downloading packages' for about 10 mins? Cheers Darren

Right guys i need your expert help. I have been away from the forum for a while so have not caught up on things. My 3G was jailbroken (3.0.1) and running ultrasn0w, i have now had the official unlock from o2 so have removed ultrasn0w as i no longer need it. My question is: I would like to restore my phone to give it a good clean out and re jailbreak upgrading from firmware 3.0.1 to 3.1.2, is there an easy way to do this using windows? I assume that using redsn0w will not work for 3.1.2 like it did for me last time? What is the best way to go about this these days? Cheers in advance, Darren
