There was a loud POP and immediate pain, which slowly started getting better. Now I can walk just fine, my knee just gives out, I can't run and I can't jump off things or walk downhill or down certain stairs. It's weird, it isn't painful just incredibly uncomfortable like the bottom half of my leg isn't attached to the top half.
