Let's review. We supposedly live in a country with religious freedom. The child was asked to make a Christmas drawing. He chose to draw "...what appeared to be a stick figure of Jesus on a cross." I guess the teacher was upset that he drew a picture depicting Easter! The child is a second grader for goodness sakes. I do believe that since Christmas is a Christian Holiday and the cross/crucifix depicts Christian religions the child was correct and the teacher, education consultant, and Superintendent need evaluation. The father needs a course in racial profiling. To me this is an example of stupidity run amok and not racism. I smell a suit. How long before the Revs' Jackson and Sharpton show up?
