/Film : Question: How Has the PG-13 Rating Changed Over The Years (if at all)?

So wait a second, you're saying that everytime I, being 16, try to rent/buy a movie from before 1984 and can't because it's R, potentially could have had a PG-13 rating? Fuck, now I hate the MPAA even more.

/Film : Inception Has $200 Million Budget

Who gives a shit about Batman 3? Everything else Chris Nolan has done besides Batman has been gold. I'd actually rather see a normal Nolan film than Batman 3. And thankfully, since TDK made a bajillion bucks, he'll likely have a LOT of creative control over this, which is a good thing for him; just look at Following or Memento.

Mass Effect's story was TERRIBLE. In terms of scope and visuals, yeah, I see where you're coming from, but that story was the worst machismo piece of crap ever written.

An MGS movie is in production? Isn't that kind of redundant?

Honestly, the only game that looks great story wise out of E3 is The Last Guardian. Probably the most CINEMATIC game I've played is Shadow of the Colossus, which is a friking brilliant game. I don't think games should necessarily be cinematic though. To me, the game that gets what games should be right is Bioshock. Bioshock is a game which takes the trademark of games (interaction) and uses it to enhance the story. Games need to use interaction as a driving element, and not just add in the odd cutscene or use story as an excuse to get to the action. The ending of Bioshock has a revelation that I found extremely satisfying in very odd ways, that made you question everything YOU had done in the game.

Wizard of Oz is probably my most shameful "I have never watched this movie, shame on me" movie. You see, I live in Kansas, and nobody really gives a shit about movies here, but DAMN do they care about the Wizard of Oz. Just go to the Kansas City airport, you'll see what I mean. The closest I have ever come to seeing it was watching a stage performance of it while I was in grade school.
