My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I just can't understand these kind of situations. Catching a criminal is never more important than the life of an innocent person. The cab driver was 76 years old. He was probably a grandfather. My heart really goes out to the family. I hope the CRPD does something for this family. It won't change or make up for what has happened. It would be a nice gesture and would show the community the police really do care.
