Papa Vino's is 1 of our favorite restuarants for quality and service. I went to the Health Dept inspection page to review the violations. I suggest everyone view these reports to get all the information. The inspection was done on 9/14. This is reported on 10/14. Plenty of time to correct the problem and I am sure they have. I have been in the restuarant late at nite and observed the wait staff and kitchen cleaning after a day of service. We eat there almost every week--the calmari in particular--never been sick from the food. Humm.. the restroom issue mentioned. Seriously...you have been in the restroom with this waiter 4 times and you reported to the manager 4 times. The managers take serious every issue brought to their attention and so does Quality Dining. I cannot believe this issue, if true was not addressed with the wait staff. They are serious and conscientious. Habitual offenders would no longer be employed at Papa Vinos.
