Obama Care has never beem a poluar plan and opposed by a majority of Americans. Obama care will not be cheaper as insurance companies are already requesting rate increases, employers who have paid 50%-70% of their employees insurance are dropping coverage so now you pay 100% on your own. and business required to carry insurance are raising product prices to cover impact of Obama care. Not to mention it was sold to Congress at $900B and now is at $1.7T and will double agian. There aren't enough rich to pay for this financial disaster and the middle class will pay the bills. No federal run program is cost effective nor efficient- DMV, USPS, IRS...etc. The IRS is in charge of ensuring everyone has insurance, yet sent 750 tax rebates worth $1M to the same home address. SCARY! Ryan's plan at least puts you in charge of your care and not Obamas death panels that will reject more coverage to control out of control rising costs. Nothing works better at reducing costs and improving quality than competition and Obama care will eliminate 100%. Yes, Ryan's medicare will be the same or better. The elephant in the room is what will all of Obama's 30,000,000 illegals? Obama's answer will be include them and let middle class pay as always
Might want to check your facts on his Medicare. This will appeal to exsitng and future seniors who want to be able to make their own choice.

*Makes no changes to Medicare benefits for those 55 and older. No cherry-picking of healthy seniors is allowed and denials for pre-existing conditions are prohibited.
*Beginning in 2023, 50 million seniors each will be able to choose which guaranteed, Medicare-approved plan is best for them. Seniors would be provided a payment that fully covers the premiums of at least two plans in their area, and all plans would be required to provide the same level of benefits as traditional Medicare. means guaranteed affordability for all seniors.
*Medicare spending is held in check as plans are forced to compete against each other for seniors’ business. It is expected that these kinds of reforms will put Medicare on a sustainable path of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) + 0.5%, the same rate President Obama suggested the program should grow at in his latest budget
Not saying GW wasn't open to attacks. I agree Obama is going to be closely scrutinized as the first Black president, but he is not getting more disrespected than GW. May not be the same type, but the amount and intensity is far more for GW when you take in all sources. I'd say GW will ranked #1 for disrespect for a very long time. I agree with you about the n-word would be flashed if Obama did get aggressive, but at the same time Obama is shielded from a lot more attacks by the r-word being flashed. That is always the first cheap defense to any critism not liked. Double edge sword. With GW there was no n-word or r-word to constrain the attacks. Obama knew what he was getting into so he can't hide behind fear of being called a name. Leaders don't hide - he's the President of the USA.

Can you say GW? Nancy Pelosi and the whole democratic party constantly berated him every chance they could. It comes with the office and if he can't handle it, then he should not have run.
