Yes, it's not a new map, it's just a hidden part of an existing map. I think the F.N.G. mission is too short without this part.

1. Start Total Commander.
2. Go to directory C:/Program Files/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/main/localized_english_iw04.iwd/sound/voiceovers/UK/khouse.
3. Go to directory C:/Program Files/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/main/localized_english_iw05.iwd/sound/voiceovers/US/khouse.
In these directories you'll find the sound files.
