The only negative thing I've observed is that the pot user may get slightly paranoid and think they are having medical problems or think that the police are going to "bust" them. . . but no chewing on random strangers faces. And you're right. . . marijuana stays in the system for days to weeks after use (depending on frequency of use, body fat levels, etc), so he may have not even been high during his crazy attack on this poor man. The note on their website (NWBurn.org) states that they are "enthusiastically changing" some of their camp initiatives since the camp is 25 yrs old. I just wonder what needed to change so drastically that they couldn't run the camp this year (if the reason is not financial). The good news is that they appear to be committed to continuing the program in the future. I wish they could have done something for the kids this year so they don't have to sit out a summer. As disgusting as this thought is, it's completely possible that Joshua rented a car, went out to retrieve Susan's remains, put them in the trunk of the car and met his father somewhere half-way between the 800 and some miles between Washington and Utah, and Daddy took what was left of poor Susan and found a far-removed place to put her. I think it's possible that Susan's remains could be anywhere between the Utah and Washington State. And I just found out that back in September, they thought they had found Susan's body in the Utah desert. . . the cadaver dogs kept hitting on a piece of disturbed ground in the area they felt Josh had camped, but when investigators dug, they couldn't find a body. Those dogs can find a spot where a deceased person was, even if it was only for a short period of time. I am sickened by this case. . . I just feel so badly for poor Susan and her two little boys. I will admit that initially I believed that Trayvon was gunned down for no reason and that Zimmerman shot him because he was a paranoid racist. Not to be insensitive, but their little boy wasn't the choir boy they made him out to be. That doesn't mean I think he deserved to be gunned down, but it does open a possibility of mitigating circumstances to why he may have ended up in a life or death struggle. . . . a struggle in which he was tragically killed. The biggest concern I have is that if Trayvon did indeed assault a bus driver, then that shows me that he may be prone to lashing out physically against strangers who piss him off. As far as Zimmerman goes, I think he had NO BUSINESS getting involved to this degree with the neighborhood watch. He went "looking for trouble", and why should we be surprised that he found it. It's one thing to call in a "suspicious subject" call to 911, but he was an IDIOT for following the kid and provoking a confrontation.
