Apparently enough to be deleted for some reason, though I have no idea how to find out why. I agreed with Mr. Baldwin and didn't post anything that could be considered offensive. I guess it was someone's way of saying "welcome to BH, lurk more" maybe.

Why was my comment deleted by an admin and how can I find out why? There was absolutely nothing offensive about it, no vulgarity, no violence, nothing. It even agreed with the author of the article and was much in line with most all of the other comments posted. Any help in figuring this out would be VERY appreciated! Take care, Cindi

Big Hollywood : Can Andrew Breitbart Save Hollywood?

I just discovered Andrew's Big Hollywood recently. I saw an article about Andrew Lloyd Webber by Stage Right, followed the link to read the whole article here, and never left. There is so much to read from the wonderful authors (and commenters, too) that I'm still reading as much as time permits. I am a theater geek, with a love of musicals in particular, and thought that I must certainly be the sole lone non-liberal left in that world. At least, I was until I chose to start a family and be a stay at home mom. It was beyond refreshing to discover that I was mistaken and find a community with people of similar thinking and values. My husband and I also choose to save our dollars to spend on entertainment that isn't coming from actors who will go out of their way to find a means to belittle us and our values. We get much more satisfaction from supporting actors with a moral compass that isn't broken and actually understand what is going on around them and have really researched their positions and don't just spout off liberal talking points that have no basis in reality. I thank Andrew for creating a place where those entertainment industry folks can share their views in an open environment. I have a heightened respect for those brave enough to risk the industry black-balling to stand behind their opinions in a place where that can be harmful to future employment. Those people will be the ones getting my dollars and support. I love it here! Take care, Cindi
