Oh and another issue. The sherriff uses the excuse that his office never recieved warrants for felonies that had to be dissmissed (see Daily Press articlces). I would have to give the sherriff the benefit of doubt on that one, with the way the Circuit Court Clerks Office is run it is possible because the same excuse was used on me in civil cases. The whole system up there has run amuk. If Mr. Farmer handles himself as the last Commonwealth Attorney maybe he will be appointed judge also.

I have personally been affected by the malfeasance of the Sherriff his staff, the Circuit Court and the Circuit Court Clerk's Office costing me tens of thousands of dollars. I agree with Kahuna, it is the "good ole boys" and "girls" way of doing business up there. The citizens need to wake up and get rid of those elected officials and the elected officials who appoint the "persons" who refuse to abide by the statutes. Additionally, WAVY should take some responsibiltiy for not investigating my complaints about this malfeasance months ago, they just ignored it.
