Daily Camera.com: : Oslo bomb kills 7; shootings at nearby youth camp - Boulder Daily Camera

It was not a government holiday. I had work today. However, most Norwegians take off the last 3 weeks of July. Also, government employees work summer hours, which end at 3 pm. So by 3:30 most of the few who were at work were probably heading out of town to their cabins.

Daily Camera.com: : Guest opinion: The poor keep their money for luxuries - Boulder Daily Camera

I thought conservatives didn't want to tell people how to spend their money? But, again I am wrong and its just they don't want to tell the rich how to spend it. I'm sure Brian realizes that $200 isn't much money a lot of it might be spent on the kids themselves and that he's averaging all household that make less than $30,000 not just those with children. So children should be punished because their parents are poor, other poor people (they're not poor if they don't have kids) without kids distort averages so that the rich can avoid taxes. These are the folks running the house and many states!

They still have provisional ballots and ones with signature issues out. No idea how many those are but they could swing it to a recount. Besides which the ballot issues for electronic machines was 312 votes. So that's a possible 624 vote swing someone could claim in court. Calm down it probably has passed but its only 95%+ right now.

Its a relative measure. Also, some research shows the societies with the largest income gaps have worse health statistics and higher crime. That said a gap is needed to provide the incentive to work harder or get education to get a better job.

Davis is 1AA. I remember all the fees I paid there for the athletic department to go 1AA. Colorado makes you pay them too to be enrolled. How about refocusing attention and money to education during bad economic times?

This isn't an OSMP issue. Sounds like a clear violation of the leash law. The owner should have been ticketed for an off leash dog within the city limits and probably charged with assault. I'm just a grad student (not law) and I think I could have won that prosecution.

Now if only I didn't bump into a dog or stroller every minute. It would be nice to have time to talk to the farmer's too. A bigger space is needed. Look at what Santa Fe has done. I prefer the Los Alamos market even. No $10 granola more produce variety, canned products (green chili mustard anyone?). The people selling nuts grew them not flavored them and the farmer's have time to talk to you! What a different experience!

Productivity here is defined as state funds per degree. All this means is students pay more out of pocket or through loans so poorer students pay a larger portion of the costs.

I would Argue that not making students feel welcome would also violate the regulations. Of course that's my interpretation. Search in google for student fee regulations cu boulder and draw your own conclusion.

Student fee regulations require all events to be open to all students. If they were to reject a student for a reason other than space they would be in violation and if the issue was pressed it could result in a loss or reduction in funding.
