Right on the money bagobones! Here's one for you - Some guy in his 20s wrapped his car around a pole here in south Tacoma and his friends set up one of these stupid shrines. There must have been five or six teddy bears for crissakes. If I were a boy his age and someone decorated me with pink teddy bears, Id come back and haunt them. Its litter to me and I think the road crews should clean it up.
