So true and it is especially bad when a company that has been around for years still use generic account accounts. Many of my local competitors still don't use their domain in their email addresses and I am hoping they don't come across feld.com.

My intent was to say "hey, this is a good buy" which I would think the listing agent would be pleased to hear. You misunderstood and I don't have a beef with this agent nor did I intend to denigrate them. I simply stated an opinion based on my opinion of the market value and the fact that the agent hasn't represented a lakefront buyer or seller. Maybe they are right and I am the one that is wrong but I do have a history with representing lakeshore buyers and sellers and this is my opinion.

While Alexandria, MN is overall a great place to live, I routinely get evil stares from a living room window or am yelled at for letting my 14 lb dog venture on to someone's lawn (I pick up after her but can't do anything about the thimble full of urine she might leave). My guess is that it has something to do with a higher avg IQ in Boulder.

Thanks! I am embarrassed that I had Latoka Beach listed as being on the south end. The 14 plus acre lot however is on the north end of Little Latoka. I should have specified and made the change. I appreciate your help.

Looks like a guy I would definitely like on my twitter follow list! I mean that sincerely (re: Brad's post about getting his Dad into twitter) as I have read Brad's post about his Dad. I try not to judge by appearance but if I did, my guess is this is a guy to have on your side.
