My husband has a B.S. degree , but that being said, he does work with a lot of high school graduates and you know what, having a degree doesn't make you a highly skilled craftsman-training and working your ass off to learn your craft does and that is what Boeing workers do. I know. I raise my kids primarily on my own. I watch my husband get 4-6 hrs of sleep a night. He loves Boeing or he wouldn't do it either. It just more propaganda to say that because the employees expect to be compensated especially when Boeing profits are up 838% that they hate Boeing. This is a contract dispute, not a divorce.He sacrifices his ass off for them and we all sacrifice our family life for him. I've never seen workers who work longer hours, have more health care crisises then my husband has seen because of that sacrifice or make a more amazing product then Boeing aircraft. Don't degrade peoples skills because you think they are jobs for the uneducated. They work their asses off for every cent, every benefit they get. They are virtual slaves for that company. Boeing workers work their butts off like no profession I've ever seen. They are virtual slaves to the company. They give their sweat and blood, their health, their time with their families and most of their adult lives to the company and the company should honor that sacrifice by treating them fairly. There is no shame in expecting to get back what you give to a company and Boeing should treat them with respect. They get their big multimillion dollar bonuses because of them and no one whines when they get compensated to the extreme.
