How does killing innocent civilians amount to self-defence? 3 Israelis dead - 150 Palestinians dead. Collective punishment is a crime under the Geneva Convention and now that Palestine is officially a 'state' the government can push for the IDF leaders (and the politicians who order them) to be taken to the ICC. Israel is a criminal state.
