<title>Breitbart.com : Ramirez suspended 50 games for drug violation</title>
<link>http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D981GPL81#IDComment21034124</link>
<description>another one bites the dust!!! but, it looks like he&amp;#039;s going to slide with &amp;quot;only&amp;quot; a 50 game suspension. you have to ask yourselves why all these 20-30 something healthy athletes in the prime of life and in top physical condition need to seek medical help all the time? it&amp;#039;s not for broken bones or knee surgery, about the only reasons a healthy 20-30 something athlete should see a doctor for. no 20-30 something is in need of HGH or testosterone unless there is hormonal deficiency due to disease. as a professional coach in probably the dirtiest sport out there, i can tell you most NFL/MLB athletes are on steroids (big surprise), and that&amp;#039;s just two sports right there. i&amp;#039;ve seen juicers since 1978, and my track record of identifying steroid users is about 100% accurate. people sometimes say &amp;quot;it&amp;#039;s their body, let them do what they want.&amp;quot; this is what sickens me the most, the fans who support cheats in sports. although it&amp;#039;s patently wrong, i can understand a kid out of college being tempted with millions of dollars if he goes along &amp;quot;with the program&amp;quot; (juice cycle) but the fans with their kids watching who condone it? disgusting. here&amp;#039;s why it&amp;#039;s wrong: 2 athletes want to play a sport. one plays by the rules, the other juices with whatever dope is good for that sport. no sport is safe from doping, biathletes have even doped with beta blockers to reduce blood pressure for greater shooting accuracy. in many sports, the drug of choice is synthetic testosterone in its various forms. steroids do work to promote muscle mass and strength, that&amp;#039;s why athletes take them. BUT, why should an honest player have to risk severe health problems like liver/kidney/cardiovascular disease/cancer/etc. PLUS risk arrest for what usually is felony possession of a controlled substance JUST TO BE EVEN WITH THE CHEATER? should honest athletes have to risk their health and freedom just to be on a level playing field with a cheat so they can play a sport competitively??? if you dope in sports, you&amp;#039;re no better than someone who robs a bank at gunpoint instead of going to work everyday like honest people. hope all the frauds in sports get exposed for the gutless cowards they really are. </description>
