corner6labs | Change the way you think about marketing : Nice to meet you anyway...

He mostly spoke about the role of today's marketers in bringing back the notion of customer care to the business cycle. That we have sort of lost our way in the way we do business and that we have become like "ninjas" just throwing our business card around in hopes to be done with that person and move on to the next. He reiterated that we have to build long term relationships with people because people do business with people they know and trust. and oh yeah...he also acknowledged that he knows that most of the s#it he says we already know, it's just a matter of confirmation. After-all he did write a book.
