A nice touch would be to have the share url automatically copied to your clipboard and possibly even combine the last two steps into one. I know it may sound trivial, but every second counts and a 2 step process is quicker than a 3 step one :P I posted a quick mock up: http://emberapp.com/connectr/images/snippets

Nice work guys :) Especially stoked to see the addition of php in the list of syntax highlights :) Now just time for some sharing, post to pastie.org, quick entry (via keyboard shortcut) and others - but no pressure :P Something which would be awesome to consider for future releases is more team collaboration (something i personally would be happy paying for), with an online version sync (think little snapper + ember) and some more intuitive ways to enter and share code.
