Big Hollywood : Why Tom Jones and Elvis Both Wanted to Beat up John Lennon

Hey, I love the King just as much as the next guy, but honestly what's with all the Lennon hate on Big Hollywood? Do I agree with his politics, no. However I do think he was among the better musicians of the 20th century and I can honestly admire him in his want for World Peace when you consider the assinine "causes" that his peer McCartney fights for. (Environmentalism and Vegetarianism) Also I have to say I'd rather listen to Lennon solo than anything from the Wings.

Big Hollywood : 'Empire Strikes Back' Director Irvin Kershner Dead at 87

This has been one of the few celeberty deaths that legitemately made me a little sad inside. In my opinion Kershner understood Star Wars more than Lucas ever did. Rest in Peace.

Big Hollywood : Sarkozy Learns That Taking Candy From the French is a Bitch

Too bad he's so ineffectual, I actually kind of have a lot of respect for Sarkozy, he seems to be one of the only Europeans who realize that things can't continue the way they have on the continent. France has been, unfortunately, a lost cause since the NATO split, and unfortunately its twin Britain is following the same path.

Well I hope Mr. Jackson pulls through on this. I'm a huge fan of his earlier work in horror, Brain Dead is one of my favorites, he did a fantastic job of adapting the Lord of the Rings and District 9 is probably the best Sci Fi movie to come out in a while.
