I know this is not going to help you know but what I do is I have severval external hard drives where I have 10.5.8, Tiger, Snow Leopard, and 10.5.7. I also cloned the OS that has my iPhone account, this way I can control a little better, installs and if something goes I have my cloned backup which is not really a backup as I boot to the various OS'es anyway. This also allows me to try out Apple updates with little worry, and I stay away from my audio work partiton.
I highly reccommend eveyone do this making sure the external is GUID under options when formatting so that any partition you create is bootable.
Peace all!
Since you posed this question and I am new to jailbreak, can some explain the difference between jailbreak and unlock? My iPhone is jailbroken. My wife and I are. Both on AT&T but when I put in her sum card it does not work. Did I do something wring or is it because shee does not have a 3G sim card? Or is there another process I am missing. Thank you.
