<description>1 - yes rookies are at a disadvantage, always have been always will be 2 - this will balance over time 3 - true, CREA only deals with MLS transactions 4 - deliver what you promissed and there should be no problem 5 - can be done 6 - object all you want, a third party will do it and I hope it&amp;#039;s CREA 7 - lobbying is great, I also think improving the industry is part of CREA&amp;#039;s mission </description>

<description>I&amp;rsquo;m not afraid, bring it on!   My clients receive great service, it may not be perfect, but it&amp;rsquo;s great. A mechanism for controlled feedback, accessible only to buyers and sellers, would let me know if I&amp;rsquo;ve missed anything. 20+ years of experience tells me there&amp;rsquo;s always room to improve.  If your clients aren&amp;rsquo;t getting the service they expected there&amp;rsquo;s a problem that you and your broker need to know about.  Perhaps CREA can give each agent/broker the option of not posting results publically. Not perfect but better than nothing.  There&amp;rsquo;s a lunch out there and I plan to eat it!!!  </description>
