My clients receive great service, it may not be perfect, but it’s great. A mechanism for controlled feedback, accessible only to buyers and sellers, would let me know if I’ve missed anything. 20+ years of experience tells me there’s always room to improve. If your clients aren’t getting the service they expected there’s a problem that you and your broker need to know about. Perhaps CREA can give each agent/broker the option of not posting results publically. Not perfect but better than nothing. There’s a lunch out there and I plan to eat it!!!
