I don't know about the specific time for the curfew in Nixa, but I do know they have one. If I had to guess I would say it was midnight or 1am. I'll look it up and get back to you.

First, most football games are over in time to make the 10:00 news. Anne said she was at taco bell after the football game until getting pulled over at 11:30 leaving. Does it take an hour and a half to eat a taco or was she out doing other things before making a run for the border?

Fourth, the parents allowing a 16 year old girl to follow friends to a "camping" spot that neither they nor their daughter knew where it was is questionable as well (Anne was asked in the video by one of the officers where she was going "camping" and she said she didn't know). If my 16 year old son or daughter told me they were going "camping" with friends but didn't know where, I would want a little more detail than that. Why were the parents not concerned with where their daughter was going "camping" at midnight on a Friday night with a bunch of friends, dressed like she was?

Third, look at the video again, I don't remember what the weather was on September 11, but she not exactly dressed to be "camping" on a fall night. Was she outdoor "camping"? Maybe she wasn't concerned about a cool night because she was "camping" at a friends house who's parents were out of town.
