I do not see anything wrong with putting that on your skin. It is what it is meant for & as long as you're ok with this tradition I would probably do the same thing.

i don't see any problem with that because that's what the anesthetic cream is for... to ease pain... just wash it off that night and your skin shouldn't become irritated by it

The longer, the better it works. I put some on during a blood drive (it was on about 90 min) and did not feel the very large needle they use to collect the blood at all. I don't think it would work for a tattoo (too large an area) and wouldn't be necessary for a single shot of anything (just stick and run). topical skin numbing cream, best numbing cream for laser hair removal, numbing cream for laser hair removal, laser hair removal numbing cream, best numbing cream for piercings

It really does work well, as the first response said.
BUT . . . . .
It is expensive, you need a prescription and it depends on what you are using it for.
Its great for starting IVs in kids, but it has to be on for 45 minutes or more. topical skin numbing cream for piercing, skin numbing cream for piercing, cream to numb skin for injections, numbing cream for needles, numbing cream for injections

When we give kids Emla for IV's, it numbs the surface area of skin, which is when they are going to freak out. It doesn't numb the nerve ending under the top layer of skin, so they still feel the IV but just not as much. topical skin numbing cream, best numbing cream for laser hair removal, numbing cream for laser hair removal, laser hair removal numbing cream, best numbing cream for piercings

I think the numbness is just an after effect. My friend had a surgery a week ago and until now he feels dizzy. As for the hairy stomach, I think (and only think) that the surgery accelerated your hormones (or something like that) Best Numbing Cream For Tattoos, Numbing Cream For Tattoos, Skin Numbing Cream For Tattoos, Tattoo Removal Numbing Cream, Numbing Cream For Laser Tattoo Removal

I had two operations to remove part of my fibula due to a bone tumour. The numbness has never went away. This is because the nerves got damaged during the operations. If after two years there is still numbness then the numbness will never go away. The nerves have been known to repair themselves two years after the op. Anyway chin up. First of all you should do your best not to over dry your skin, because this will lead to even more oil production. What I mean is - always look for gentle cleansers and facial scrubs - ones that won't strip away the natural oils your skin produces. Go for organic skincare - it's always the better choice! The less chemicals you put on your skin, the less it will be stressed out, thus it will manage to balance on its own. Another interesting trick is balancing oil production with .. oils (I know it sounds controversial, but it works wonders). Here is a very good post I have found recently, that explains it all in details: Best Numbing Cream For Tattoos, Numbing Cream For Tattoos, Skin Numbing Cream For Tattoos, Tattoo Removal Numbing Cream, Numbing Cream For Laser Tattoo Removal

They use a small needle and inject the drug just below the surface of the skin. It is not very common for them to use it for IVs and when you are getting an injection into your muscle they would have to inject the drug deeper which would hurt just as bad as the shot.
