Many family farms have incorporated to protect their assets or for tax purposes. So to say family farms are exempt is a misrepresentation of the true impact of this legislation.

Wow great article I just had this same conversation with my dad. Now I compared my middle class house in suburban America to a mud hut in Africa but it is the same concept. Actually it was more likely that the removal of price controls was the fix. That being said the current administration is doing the same thing with taxes and regulation. Everyone is willing to take a certain level of risk but the the level of uncertainty in DC these days is stifling growth.

You forget that the corporate tax rate is 30 plus percent in the US. Your argument falls short as it does not reflect the corporate taxes collected in the US. I say lower the Corp rate to 15% and you will see the revenues skyrocket as US manufacturing returns and unemployment goes down.
