Just think if the dog was in this persons yard and was running around and thats why the person shot it... what if it was a kids playing around town. this happened so close to the park. Kids do this all the time. This person need to take responsibility of his or her actions.

Okay Who ever could shot this dog is a SOB. I have had many dog and i ALWAYS have had a fence around my yard. the thing is they sometimes get out. This person who shot her could have easy picked up the phone and called Clatskanie police. I had an officier bring my dog home a couple times cause when i first got her she would find all the holes in the Fence. And i would go lookin for her. Just not in the right places. But someone was nice enough to call and she was brought back to me. For someone to shot a dog is HEARTLESS. Bailey was sweet if the person would have taken the time to say something to the dog before shotting this would have never happen. She would never have attacked. Im sorry for your lost Kibbi.
