Keep for mine. He has lost so much cash, and his breakeven is finally low again. Same as Docherty.

If they are your only way to get to Stewart or Duncan it might be worth a look, but I would try to avoid it.

I'm going English to Draper before he starts bleeding cash, and Stephen Hill and McInerney are being updgraded to Stewart and Duncan.

Its a risk, but when it's best 18 I figure it's as good a time as any to take one.

Ned Cahill (FWD/MID) debuting for the Dons this week. Could be a downgrade target next week for those of us going one up/one down. Not sure about job security - with Stringer out for a while and Fantasia down back he should keep his spot if he performs though. Was rotating through the midfield and kicked a bag of 5 in the dons/pies scratch match last week.

Loading up on Essendon and Melbourne players does seem like a smart move. I would try and avoid players with a history of soft tissue injuries though - no doubt both clubs will be forced to rest a decent number of players throughout the period.

Hopefully more details on the fixture are released soon, and SC lets us know what they are planning.

I'm with you though Jess - of all the years for me to be pushing for a top finish... Rough times

Depends what your plans are over the next few rounds. Doedee will earn you some quick easy cash for an upgrade down the line - like Dan Butler, I don't see him as a keeper though. I would wait for him to top out and trade him out. With a BE of 1 he is likely to earn a decent amount of cash in the next few weeks.

If you plan to keep any of these players long term, I would go for Lloyd myself. I have Haynes and don't have Lloyd in my team, but I got Haynes when he was significantly less expensive. Now they are about the same price, I would go Lloyd for his historical consistency as a 110 point player.

1964, which was somehow still top 13% - shows what a shocker of a round it was. Fallen to rank 201 from 69. Ebert, Butler, Cripps and Docherty have a lot to answer for
