You can call it an over statement when we read in the news:
Homeless man fed...alcohol was a factor.
Rocky marriage salvaged...alcohol was a factor.
Man off unemployment and working again...alcohol was a factor.
Child abuse down...alcohol was a factor.
Fatal auto accidents down 50%...alcohol was a factor.
All we read on this site is the tragedy alcohol causes. Wake up.
