Hi Britthoney, So glad to hear from you - Being True to Yourself is sooo important - you are sooo right. Here's the deal though, many people get confused and miss what being true is because it gets hidden in the confusion. I love helping people connect with their truth! Hope you have a marvelous weekend.

Being friends with your ex when you have a boyfriend is okay ONLY if you are open with your current boyfriend, include your current boyfriend when you meet with your ex face to face or in text conversations, etc. Not including your boyfriend is the start of an unhealthy relationship. If your ex does not like your current boyfriend, tough. You should respect your current relationship. It is good that your girlfriend tells you about when she is seeing her ex, but if it bothers you and you are never included in the plans, I don't blame you for being bothered by that. It really depends on how often she is in contact with her ex...is it once a week, constantly throughout the day, etc. If it is all the time, then that is not healthy for your relationship. If it is every now and then, that is not a huge deal. I would like to talk to you more about this situation so sign up for a session so we can get this resolved for you.

Relationship Success Expert : Should I lie about my age in my online profile?

Hi Odette, You are absolutely right about red flags. Lies at any stage is a red flag for any relationship in my opinion and sets the stage for failure and emotional unrest. Ignoring the red flags is a red flag as well. Thank you for your comment!
