<description>Hi Soup, I would like to hear your reasons for supporting this.  Can you help me understand how it&amp;#039;s going to help?  I&amp;#039;m not picking a fight, I just don&amp;#039;t see what the benefits are and I would like to hear from an Oregon resident what they see and I don&amp;#039;t.  Thanks.  :) </description>

I&amp;#039;m just not getting how throwing out money for construction jobs helps our economy?  It&amp;#039;s certainly not helping me get a teaching job.  How are environmental changes going to help education?  Certainly not helping teachers or helping students learn, which should be the main priority. </description>
