Ayn warned us in 1957 but few payed attention. Now as President Obama's preacher would say, "Chickens!, coming home to roost". Detroit has/had much the same model. City workers retiring after 25 years of employment. When a city loses nearly 1/2 of its population, It is obvious something isn't working. NYC only needs to lose a few thousand of the 40,000 rich people that are paying 1/2 of all the taxes to be totally insolvent. Clutch
