"It strikes me that a lot of what our fallen fantasists do these days is as artistically disingenuous as it is morally bankrupt. They claim to be moving the genre forward into refreshingly uncharted territory, and yet virtually everything they do bears the foul-stenched hallmarks of a knowingly maledictory reaction backward to Tolkien and Howard."

How true this is. I have written a fantasy book with conservative, heroic themes aimed at the teen audience, but it seems that if it is not embracing the vampire lifestyle or teen sex, agents and publishers aren't interested. So, I'm not getting any traction. Anybody know a good agent or publisher with a more conservative bent?

Oh my, Dr. (and I use that term with some confusion), you are the prime example of what is wrong with instructors in our crumbling education system. Wow, what a completely nonsensical piece of rubbish you wrote. It's called a driver's license, which I produce every time I am pulled over, and I'm a person of non-color, although I due have freckles. If you don't have one, you shouldn't be driving. And by the way, ALL illegals immigrants are criminals- 100% of them; hence the term illegal. It is people like you who are costing us our freedoms.

Hey, and no more calling Robert "Robby" or "Bobby"; or calling William "Willy" or "Billy"; or Daniel "Danny." But most of all, stop calling a Rabbit "bunny."

When everyone finally becomes a victim, who will be to blame?

... then there is AZ where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals threw out Arizona’s requirement that citizen’s show proof of citizenship in order to vote. I forgot, too, the Illinois voters who are expecting a to mail in their ballots may not see their vote counted because the return address is to a P.O. Box and not an election official.

You really think Dem/leftists are going to give up the seat without cheating somehow? Like say, "forgetting" to mail out military absentee ballots. Hell, they are already cheating in Nevada, N.C. and PA.

I'm not mocking libertarians, although all they do is split the vote. I'm just saying, RP ain't it, he's a bad choice to support. Kinda light the other RP (Ross Perot) that dorked things up.

Kinda like Obama didn't know what his preacher of 20 years was droning on about.

On this I can agree with you. Tea Parties are a potpourri of pissed-off patriots, not the lily-white and red mischaracterization of the bottom-feeding MSM.
