The actions of this idiot are in no way excusable and are certainly criminal. Everyone needs to understand and enforce that people in authority are held to a higher standard and should pay a much higher penalty for their actions. The "COWARD" Dep. Paul Schene should not be on "paid leave" he should be in county lock up! I will not advocate that he should have his ass kicked by two grown men, which I suspect would be an easy task. I feel the strong arm of JUSTICE should weight heavy on his life. You bet the people he shot on duty are questionable and the cases should be re-opened and he should fry if any inappropriate service is found. I will tell him personally he disgust me and he is sick. I have four daughters and if he would have done that to one of my daughters, NO MATTER WHAT! He had better pray he was in lock-up so I couldn't get to his panty waste ass.
