On a previous thread you said this: "The whole idea here is to have some common ground, weather we be Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, or Independents, we are ALL AMERICANS" How could you possibly mean that? This is nothing but a whinging ground for disgruntled Republicans. Democrats and Independents are in no way welcome here. All of the videos and articles underscore a simple message "we hate Obama". How is this an any way a place to find common ground?

The principles are the same as yours, I just take them more seriously. I actually believe in the rule of law, where conservatives just want to bend it into a tool of political destruction. I believe in both sentences in the second amendment. I believe in the fourth amendment which 9/12ers would happily break. I believe in the first amendment, which 9/12ers will happily quash if the speech doesn't conform to their limited ideology.

All I see on this site when it comes to 'principles' is replacing Jesus with Glenn Beck and just doing whatever he says.

You know, you sound like a bright enough kid. First you should turn off the Fox and the hate radio. It's rotting your brain. Second, I've never asked for a GD thing in my life. I've worked every single day (excepting vacations) for a quarter century. I've never been on welfare, unemployment, or food stamps. Nor have I ever taken government loans. But every time I come here people say immediately that I'm on welfare. I'm not. As I say, never have been. But their little strawmen can't handle the truth.

It's not just me either, I have a lot of friends, most all or liberal, and all are employed. How does that reality fit into your ideology?

"Foxnews and Talk Radio are huge success." So is other crap, like reality television. Doesn't mean that it serves a real purpose. All they do on Fox and hate radio is complain all day about hamburgers and birth certificates, and then you come on here and do the same. Fox is a joke and if you repeat their garbage you are a joke too.
