Stop trying to keep people from relying on themselves. Teach accountability by example rather than enabling people to be reliant on someone else to get what they need. 2) Contact Barbra Streisand. She has frequently spoken openly about the fact that she (and other celebs) think taxes should be higher and it is our civic duty. I bet between her and Spielberg alone they could work a pretty big complimentary donation (not tax deductable of course) that could put a pretty big dent in the shortfall. I'd bet there would even be a considerable contribution from plenty of other celebs that would be willing to put their money where their mouths are to save Eden.
